The Trane MOT2365 is single phase, single speed, 1/3 horsepower electric motor commonly used in different HVAC devices. It is easy to operate because it only has one speed. It is a motor that can handle voltages of 208-230 volts and achieves rotations or flips in a specific rate per minute, which is 825 RPM. One of the most useful options of the Trane MOT2365 is the presence of the automatic overload protection. This protects the motor from electric current that is likely to cause a high current flow, and therefore damages it. In layman terms, if the motor attempts to pull to many amps, the overload protection will trip and turn off the motor to avoid getting damaged.
