Description
The Lennox 46K08 is an automatic limit switch device in safety operation of furnaces and air conditioners in HVAC systems. It can act as a Fan, by checking the system temperature and halting operation if temperature goes beyond a given range is usually between 140F and 160F. This auto shut off in avoiding compressor and heat exchanger and other hardware from getting overheated. That way it protects against excessively high temperatures and helps provide for the safe operation of your HVAC system.
