Description
The Modine 5H0807460001 M/R Limit Switch is a thermal secure switch used to assist in protecting heating equipment by turning it off when the internal temperature approaches a set limit in HVAC systems. This closes its control circuit when temperatures exceed about 145°F during operation in furnaces and unit heaters. The switch will be installed in a heat-sensitive location and wired into the control circuit as per requirements. This temperature limit switch allow for avoiding overheating, assist in the proper cycling of component, and enhances the secure and accurate operation of the system by reacting to excessive temperature.
