Description
The Danfoss 068U2096 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is used to enhance the flow of refrigerant in air conditioning equipments that uses R404A as the refrigerant. They use stainless steel construction, with 31” capillary tube and bimetallic connections copper & steel, the inlet is 1/4” while the exit is 1/2”, solder (ODF) connection. The orifice size of the TXV is 3 thus enabling the fine tuning of the refrigerant flow in response to the superheat setting which has a static superheat of 7. 2°F. It operates smoothly in a temperature variation of – 40°F to 50°F.
