Description
The Carrier HH18HV185 is a small but essential safety switch that is intended for the Carrier HVAC systems. This disc-shaped switch is also used to play a great role in avoiding the overheating process. It works normally in an open circuit and will only complete the circuit when a certain temperature is attained. In this case, it is equipped with a thermal protection circuit that turns off the circuit in case the temperature around the component rises to 185°F (85°C). the switch self resets and restores the circuit when the temperature drops below 155°F (68°C) to enable normal functioning.
