The Nidec-US Motors 8058 is a single-phase or three-phase electric motor suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. This workhorse part provides rotary motion to power a variety of machines by converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. With a horsepower (hp) rating of 1, the motor may produce a maximum of 1 horsepower of mechanical power. It is appropriate for applications needing moderate speed and torque because of its 1140 revolutions per minute (RPM) operating speed.
