The Johnson Controls P70GA-2 M-BLK Open-Low Pressure Control Switch is a reliable part of the HVAC system that ensures the pressures are controlled, hence maintaining the best performance and safety. It utilizes a pressure range of up to 100 PSI and comes with a 36″ capillary tube to help it regulate pressure to prevent system damage or reduced efficiency due to pressure buildup. This switch is mainly used in commercial HVAC systems and operates with the assistance of a pressure differential. When pressure is low below the set point, mostly because of loss of refrigerant or due to other problems, the compressor switches on or off or opens or closes electrical circuits to rectify such as compressor shutdown or activation.
