Description
The Carrier 150120873 is a Carrier HVAC equipment part called a permanent split capacitor motor. This single-speed motor with ball bearings is essential for driving several operations within your system. Because of this, it is challenging to determine its exact use because it is not detailed. These motors drive fan which suck combustion air into gas furnaces and throw out exhaust gasses. In air conditioners they operate the condenser fan that blows air across the hot condenser using some fins hence enhancing heat exchange. In doing so the motor assists in creating the correct airflow necessary for efficient combustion in furnaces or heating and cooling exchanges in air conditioners.
