Lennox 47K20 is a Class 2 transformer dedicated for HVAC equipment. It steps high voltage (208/240 VAC) from the main line down to a low voltage (24 VAC) suitable for control circuits inside the HVAC unit. Quick connect terminals make it easy to connect. From the standpoint of benefits, the Lennox 47K20 transformer provides isolation of the low voltage control circuits from the high voltage supply line in order to increase safety. It decreases the risk of electric shock when the boiler’s maintenance or repairs are carried.
