Description
The Trane HTR4907 is a crankcase heater designed to protect your Trane HVAC system during periods when it is not in use. It has dimensions of 1″ in height, 9″ in length, and 7″ in width and has a circumferential width of ¼ inch and is mounted around the crankcase of the compressor. This heater has a power rating of 40 watts and takes 230V circuitry and has a lead of 64 inches for convenience. Crankcase heaters are essentialto the function and maintenance of your Trane system because they keep the crankcase warm. The crankcase oil does not get too cold that the refrigerant turns to liquid and dilutes the oil.
