The Amana-Goodman 0131M00012PSP 1/6 HP 1-speed condenser fan motor is used in residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. This motor rotates at 835 RPM and uses single-phase electricity of 208-230 volts. This motor is important in the functioning of an air-conditioning system. It operates the condenser fan through which airflow over the condenser coil is enabled. A condenser is made up of coils through which refrigerant passes and divests heat as it circulates. Located out in the open, the condenser fan blows air over these coils, allowing normal functioning of the system.
