Description
The Carrier HC37EE209 is not an ECM, but a permanent split capacitor motor. PSC motors are a type of AC motor that utilizes a capacitor in order to increase the starting torque. Because of this, they are ideal for uses such as furnaces and air conditioning where a large torque on starting is necessary to get the fan moving. It is developed to be a condenser fan motor for residential and commercial HVAC applications. It has a power of 1/6 horsepower and a working speed of 1275 revolutions per minute.
