The Century Motors FR1076 is a heavy-duty, single-phase electric motor intended primarily for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning applications. This sturdy motor is perfect for powering condenser fans in a variety of HVAC systems because it consistently produces 3/4 horsepower of power. With its flexible voltage range of 208-230/460 volts, the FR1076 can be used with a variety of electrical configurations. By maintaining a steady speed of 1075 revolutions per minute, it guarantees effective airflow throughout the coils of the condenser. The motor rotates the fan blades inside the condenser unit by converting electrical energy into mechanical energy when it is in operation. As a result of the spinning, heat from the refrigerant is extracted and released into the surrounding air through the condenser coils.
