The Danfoss 032U6540 Solenoid Valve, model EV220B, is a versatile and efficient component for HVAC systems to achieve accurate fluid control. This is a 2.1/2-way normally closed (NC) valve that is composed of heavy brass. It has an opening of 1″. It also has a flow coefficient of 11 m³/h. The valve can carry a flow of up to 12.7 gpm. Its temperature and pressure range are from 14°F up to 212°F and up to 290 PSIG, respectively. The single flow direction of the valve ensures safe and effective installation of it in a system having NPT connection type. In addition, soft closing has been integrated into the feature that helps reduce noise and hydraulic shock produced by the system.
