The Johnson Controls TE-6315M-1 1K Averaging Sensor is a high-quality temperature sensor designed for use in HVAC ducts. It has a 1K nickel detecting element that gives accurate temperature readings of between -50°F to 220°F. The sensor functions by taking the average temperature at a 6” probe length and therefore delivers the correct reading in varying air conditions. This makes it ideal for use in air handling units, variable air volume structures plus other HVAC structures that necessitate betteressential temperature dominion for adequate performance as well as coziness.
