This type of globe valve has a two-way body configuration that makes it ideal for use in controlling the flow of water and or steam. It is used in a temperature range of 35°F to 248°F making it suitable for several uses. The material used in the manufacture of the valve body is brass while the connection type is thread, this makes the valve easy to secure to a system. It has a maximum static pressure of 400 PSI.
