Description
The Trane FAN1161 is an essentialpart of a gas furnace and it operates as a combustion blower. This blower is a high impact fan that uses electrical power of 230V and has a rotation rate of 2800 RPM. Its function is essentialfor the safety and optimization of the furnace operations. When the furnace is on, the combustion blower takes in fresh air from outside the building. It is needed in the combustion process because oxygen is indispensable when it comes to the use of a gas burner to light fuel. The Fan1161 then blows this into the combustion chamber wherein it mixes with the natural gas from the gas valve.
