The Trane MOT11826 motor is a robust component that is meant to create airflow within your Trane HVAC system, While there are universal motors out in the market, which is intended for use in Trane systems only and can handle a standard voltage of 208-230V to provide a 1/8 H. Sleeve bearings offer low friction and therefore the operating noise is also low. The 3-point arm mounting is designed in a way that you can easily install it anywhere within your HVAC unit. For compatibility, the motor rotates both counter-clockwise (CCW) and left-hand end (LE). The Trane motor is usually applied on furnace blowers, exhaust fans, or any other application that demands some sort of standard airflow in your Trane HVAC system.
