Description
The Trane MOT13906 CCW is a multi-speed draft inducer motor intended for use in HVAC equipment that employs a venting system. These motors are used in furnaces and boilers to safely discharge combustion products from the combustion chamber or chamber and let them out in the open air. The motor rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the end opposite the motor shaft. This Trane model comes with several features to help it fit and work within certain HVAC systems. It has a 1/3 horsepower rating, which is sufficient to drive the exhaust fan mounted in the unit. The motor is powered by a single-phase 230V supply and has five different speeds for the motor.
