The Trane THT2849 Limit Control Thermostat is a limit switch that has been developed to control temperatures of between 180°F and 230°F. this reliable thermostat is critical to the safe and efficient functioning of a number of HVAC systems. It works through the temperature sensors within the system; when the temperature goes high, the relay turns off the power to avoid further rise in temperature and hence possible destruction of the system.
