Description
The Weil McLain 510-300-013 Manual Reset Spill Switch is a component of the hydronic heating HVAC systems that is installed to monitor flue gas spillage due to inappropriate draft or blockage. It measures the temperature at the hood or vent and closes its contacts when temperatures are higher than 210°F, which is a possible flue or combustion air issue. This switch is installed in boilers or water heaters and when the appliance is in an unsafe condition, it interrupts the burner control circuit and must be reset manually when the fault has been rectified.
