Description
The York S1-028-14721-000 is a high quality variable sheave that can be used in many applications in HVAC systems. This 1-groove sheave has a 1-5/8” bore and is made of high quality cast iron and steel for long-term use. Its variable pitch design allows proper belt tension settings to be achieved, thus providing high performance in various operations. The sheave is suitable for 3L, 4L, 5L, A, B and 5V belts and therefore it can be used in a wide range of belt driven applications. The exterior diameter of the pipe is 7 ½ inches which is not too large and yet is sufficiently functional. This is widely applied to any HVAC equipment inclusive of air handling units and fans, blowers etc. It is useful to maintain the belt drive’s dependable performance because it can be adjusted down to the smallest detail.
